Colonel Clifton, a New Zealand officer commanding the British Commonwealth Sub Area Tokyo, and (extreme right) 3/86 Lieutenant Colonel Fergus MacAdie, Commanding Officer (CO) of the 67th Infantry Battalion, part of the Australian component of BCOF.
