Large mounted binoculars outside a United Nations (UN) Observation Post (OP) high above a valley. From here OGL (Observer Group Lebanon) observers observe and report violations of the Israel/Lebanon Armistice Agreement. OGL, a multinational UN peacekeeping force, is a unit of UNTSO (UN Truce Supervision Organization) under the operational control of Force Commander UNIFIL (UN Interim Force in Lebanon).
