Korea, c. 1950-10. At a campsite occupied by the 27th British Commonwealth Infantry Brigade, two soldiers from the 3rd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR), stand at attention beneath the United Nations (UN) flag which is flying from a makeshift flagpole. The soldiers are forming a guard for the ceremony of the beating of the retreat by the band of the 1st Battalion, The Argyll and Southern Highlanders, which is just visible in the background (right).
