Phan Rang, Vietnam. c. 1966. The main street of Phan Rang, a city with a population of 24,000 people, which was situated thirteen kilometres east of the Phan Rang US Air Base. Note the young woman, centre, carrying baskets suspended from a pole which is balanced on her shoulder.
