History / Summary
Major General George Frederick Wootten entered the Royal Military College, Duntroon in 1911 and was part of the first graduating class in August 1914. He had distinguished service in both world wars.
Wootten was was awarded the Efficiency Decoration for a total of 20 years service on 24 October 1946.
