Vung Tau, Vietnam, 1967-01. Paint peeling off the external walls of the Villa Anna, the quarters occupied by RAAF officers in Vung Tau. Lack of damp coursing in the building was leading to water damp in the walls, thus causing the paint to peel off. Note the building's external plumbing, with two water pipes running up the wall.
