Description

Aerial view of a river bend in the Rach Ma Rai River, about sixty kilometres south west of Saigon in the Plain of Reeds. This was taken thirty seconds before the first bomb was dropped during a B-52 air strike code named Arc Light. The inset in the river marks the position of the first target box in the strike.
