Photocopied account titled `Canadians (radar) in the South Pacific', of Canadian Radar Detachment to Australia during 1944-1946, comprising of RCA, RCEME, and RCAPC personnel. Account compiled from official and private sources. Covers departure for Australia, Camp Ingleburn, duties and inspections at various installations around Australia, attachments to AIB and SRD, postings to New Guinea, Borneo, Philippines, Melville Island, and Batavia in Java. Mentions some duties after end of war, including killing of one operative in Java by natives. Mentions discharge from AMF and subsequent whereabouts of some of the men.
