View of part of Seoul's city hall (right) and of a tree-lined avenue which leads to the Capital Building (also known as the Governor's palace) with mountains rising in the background. In the street, some men are pulling hand-carts laden with goods, while others are riding bicycles. The city hall is serving as the local headquarters of United Nations (UN) forces in Korea.
