On a charge for a breach of discipline, Private 'H' (left), a member of 'A' Company, 3rd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR), parades with the Company Sergeant Major (CSM), Warrant Officer Mick Dent (centre), before the company commander, 3/395 Major Jeffrey James (Jim) Shelton MC, who is seated at a desk in the open. The desk and the area around it serves as the company orderly room. For his punishment, the soldier received seven days confined to barracks.
