Hill 355 area, Korea, c. 1952-05. 3/328 Major David Scott Thomson MC (left) and 3/40105 Lieutenant Gilmer John (Gil) Lucas MC, both of 'A' Company, 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), stand beside the statue of a Korean king or priest. The two soldiers were visiting 'A' Company, 3rd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR), on the feature known colloquially as 'Cemetery Ridge'.
