Walker's Ridge, Gallipoli. c. 1915-08. Two Australian soldiers at an obervation post. This post has been constructed at the end of a long, deep trench and appears to be a permanent position. Note the dugout cut into the left side of the trench and the periscope held by the man at right sitting on the firing step. (Donor T. Henshall)
