McNeilly, 3rd Trench Mortar Battery; Sgt P. Painter, 55th Battalion; Sgt J.R.G. Gardiner, 45th Battalion; J.G. Bain ?, 13th Battalion; Sgt J. Regan, 53rd Battalion; Sgt William H. Welding, 12th Light Horse Regiment; Sgt T.J. Griffith, 34th Battalion; Sgt Nagle, ? 34th Battalion; C.M. Geddes, 3rd Battalion; Sgt Sydney D. Burrows; Sgt H.A. Widdop, 18th Battalion; Private G.N.
