The guilty one
Description
Australian UN soldiers escort a woman and her child away from a dangerous confrontation with Tutsi-dominated Rwanda Patriotic Army (RPA) soldiers. The RPA insisted she was guilty of supporting the Hutu militias and blocked her from leaving the Kibeho refugee camp. Two days earlier 4,000 people had been massacred in the camp and the woman remained in immense danger.
