Sydney, NSW, c 1945. Portrait of Patricia Finnigan. Patricia's father, NX94709 Private W.J. Finnigan, A Company, 30th Battalion, while serving in New Guinea sent Patricia for her seventh birthday a handkerchief autographed by the men of his company and their commanding officer. The handkerchief is in the Australian War Memorial collection. This portrait is inscribed "To dear Daddy from Pattie". (Donor P. Thompson)
