Manfredonia Harbour looks peaceful enough now with its fishing fleet adding a picturesque touch, but a short time ago during the enemy occupation it felt the fury of many allied bombing raids. RAAF squadrons took part in these raids inflicting heavy damage on enemy shipping and stores.
