Broadmeadows, Vic. 1916-05. Horse handler with the 1st Wireless Signal Squadron and a line of horses ready for an equitation parade. The horses were being prepared for use by Squadron Headquarters (SHQ) and `A' Troop of the Squadron which was to form part of the Mesopotamian Expeditionary Force. Note the saddles in a line on the ground in front of the horses.
