The Women's Royal Australian Naval Service (WRANS) is taking part in the Navy's vital job of defending the seas. WRANS operate at Harman Naval Station, near Canberra. Identified: WR/6 Telegraphist June Margaret MacLeod (left) and WR/7 Telegraphist Daphne Mary Wright (right) enjoy life in the Naval Station.
