Kermanshah, Persia. 1917-09. Elevated view of columns of local Partizanski troops on their horses being blessed by their priest on the morning of their return to serve in Mesopotamia. Members of `AA' Station, 1st Wireless Signal Squadron, serving with the Mesopotamian Expeditionary Force, were in the area assisting Baratov's Russian force (1st Caucasian Division) in communication with British Headquarters in Mesopotamia.
