Members of the British 7th Cavalry Brigade at table eating and drinking in the mess room of the Cavalry's summer headquarters at Chaldari, a few miles outside Baghdad. The Brigade was supported by 1st Wireless Signal Squadron as part of the Mesopotamian Expeditionary Force.
