Ruz, Mesopotamia. c. 1917-11. Tent and horse lines of the Mesopotamian Expeditionary Force, including members of 1st Wireless Signal Squadron, at Table Mountain on the Diali (Diyala) River. Longridge and Dali Abbas, through which the troops passed on their way to operations at the town of Qarah Tappeh, were a few miles across the bridge.
