Ruz Canal, Mesopotamia. 1918-04. Drivers with No. 6 Station, 1st Wireless Signal Squadron, Mesopotamian Expeditionary Force, outside the entrances to dugouts on the banks of the ancient Ruz Canal. The dugouts, which were quite commodious, were constructed by the soldiers while the station was at Kermanshah during late spring or early summer 1918. (Donor H. Isaacs)
