Shergat (Shargat), Mesopotamia. c. 1918-10-27. A Rolls Royce armoured car is manoeuvred down a slope on a newly constructed road through a nullah (ravine) during the Kalat Shergat offensive. The vehicles were part of the Mesopotamian Expeditionary Force and were supported by No. 13 Light Motor Wireless Station, 1st Wireless Signals Squadron. (Donor E. Keast Burke)
