Description
Kurdistan. 1919. A station of `D' Troop, 1st Wireless Signal Squadron, Mesopotamian Expeditionary Force, erected on the steep side of a mountain. A canvas shelter has been placed on the mast above the operators and their wireless set with the engine frame and mobile generator behind them.
