A member of the AIF who was repatriated from Germany and is at a reception camp near Alexandria, made a special trip to the El Alamein cemetery to pay his respect to fallen comrades of the 9th Division. He clears the dirt away from the Rising Sun badge placed on the grave of NX56443 Sergeant A. H. Edgerton, 9th Battery, 3rd Australian Anti-Tank Regiment, who was killed in action during the Battle of Alamein on 24 October 1942.
