Description
The entrance to the dugout used by Lieutenant Colonel J. L. Beeston, a doctor and Commanding Officer of the 4th Field Ambulance, Australian Army Medical Corps (AAMC). Lt Col Beeston's jacket with his official Red Cross brassard (arm band) on the sleeve is hanging from a sandbag and a haversack with white bandages or dressing is also hanging in the entrance.
