Washington DC, USA. 1942-05. Mr V. M. Molotov (right), the Soviet Commissar for Foreign Affairs, with US President Franklin D. Roosevelt in the White House immediately after Molotov's visit to Britain. This visit to the USA resulted in the signing of a Lend-Lease agreement which expedited the despatch of supplies to Russia.
