Identified, left to right: 404103 Flight Officer (FO) Richard (Dick) Tweedy Holt; 404355 FO Roy Gordon Riddel (Hotshot); 403049 FO Keith Munro Gamble; FO Max Johnston (Hawkeye); 404087 FO Raife James Cowan; 402963 Pilot Officer (PO) Stuart (Stu or Stewy) Munro; 033077 FO George (Hugh) Hubert Newborne Shiells (Digger). Later that month, on 27 August 1942, PO Munro, aged 21, was killed in flying battle over New Guinea.
