Ban Me Thuot, South Vietnam. 1965. 13668 Captain (Capt) Arthur Barry (Barry) Petersen of Sarina, Qld, wearing Montagnard tribal dress, sips rice-wine through a bamboo straw during his farewell ceremony in the Dam San camp. Capt Petersen served with the Australian Army Training Team Vietnam (AATTV), and during this period he spent over two years training and leading the Montagnard's Truong Son Force.
