In conversation inside the morgue at the 1st Australian Field Hospital are (left to right): 61104 Major Kevin Allan Coote, Adjutant of the Field Hospital; 52586 Warrant Officer 2 (WO2) Geoffrey Walter Jackson, morgue attendant; Major Ramon L. Fournier, Officer Commanding the United States Army Mortuary at Tan Son Nhut Airbase. A stainless steel autopsy or embalming table stands behind Major Coote, while a sink or washbasin stands in the corner of the room (left).
