Simpson DFM; Pilot Officer F. M. Spafford DFC DFM; Flt Lt D. J. Shannon DSO DFC; Flt Lt R. C. Hay DFC and bar. Flt Lt Leslie Gordon Knight was killed during a flying battle over Holland on 16 September 1943.
