Vietnam. 1967. The Minister for the Army Mr Malcolm Fraser lifts up a young Vietnamese boy to see a carton of toys donated by the Returned and Services League's (RSL) Civic Action Program. Mr Fraser was on a five day tour of Australian bases, and with him is Mr Bruce White (left), Secretary, Department of the Army.
