Vietnam. 1967. Minister for the Army Mr Malcolm Fraser (right) inspects a new well at Hoa Long village, about three miles from the Australian Task Force base at Nui Dat. With him is the Secretary, Department of the Army, Mr Bruce White (centre). Both men were on a five day tour of Australian bases to inspect the progress of the Civic Action Program.
