Vietnam. 1967. Minister for the Army Mr Malcolm Fraser (right) is being briefed by Warrant Officer Class 2 Peter Angus of Seymour, Vic (left), who is a member of the Army's Civil Affairs team at Hoa Long village. With them is a Vietnamese midwife in the medical dispensary room built by Australian Civic Action workers and Vietnamese labourers. Mr Fraser was visiting during a five day tour of Australian bases.
