Major General Donald Vincent, Commander of the Australian Force, speaks with 3788272 Private (Pte) Noel Stuart Rumsey of Geelong, Vic, who was wounded during Operation Cairns. Pte Rumsey was wounded when an anti-personnel mine exploded. He was evacuated to the 8th Field Ambulance hospital.
