Vietnam. 1967-10. Captain Neville Smith of Coopers Plains, Qld, and Province Education Chief, Mr Buu Lieu (seated at rear), hand out education kits to Vietnamese children. More than 1,500 educational kits were donated by Australians to asist the Commonwealth's civil aid programme to South Vietnam.
