Vietnam. 1967-10. Sergeant Raoul Otto Degrancy of Glenelg, SA, with a bag of rice on his shoulder, is pointed in the right direction by a Vietnamese woman. The rice is part of her household stores. Task Force soldiers have been using their spare time to assist in the building of a new village for the Vietnamese people near the 1st Australian Task Force (1ATF) base.
