Seated in front of a Military Police sign, are Corporal Mal Hatch of Fulhana, SA (right), who is adjusting a Vietnamese conical hat on Corporal Bernie Storer of Swan Hill, Vic. Painted red and black, the same as the military police helmet, the hat is sold in Saigon by local manufacturers. Note the large letters `MP' prominently painted on the front. Both soldiers are members of the provost detachment at Australian Force headquarters.
