Vietnam. 1967-12. A joint Australian-American effort as Trooper Kevin Ortlipp of Tallangatta, Vic (left), and Specialist 4 Chris Arvnibas of New Mexico, USA, unscrew a pull-through from a 105mm howitzer during operations in Phuoc Tuy Province. They were setting up a fire control base for 7th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (7RAR), troops who were sweeping the area in search of Viet Cong.
