Nui Dat, South Vietnam. 1969-04. The Minister for the Army, Phillip Lynch, sights a captured Viet Cong light machine gun during a visit to the 1st Australian Task Force (1ATF) Base. At right is Major Bill Reynolds of St Johns Wood, Qld, the Officer Commanding B Company, 4RAR /NZ (ANZAC) (The ANZAC Battalion comprising 4th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment and a component from the 1st Battalion, Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment).
