The Commander of Australian Force in Vietnam (COMAFV), Major General R. A. Hay of Red Hill, ACT, talks with Corporal (Cpl) Wright of Stafford, Qld, in bed at the 1st Australian Field Hospital. Cpl Wright had a leg injury from fragments of a M79 mine explosion. General Hay was visiting the hospital with the Minister for the Army, Phillip Lynch.
