Phuoc Tuy Province, South Vietnam. 1968-03. Private Chris Hughes of North Rocks, NSW, in a bombed out building during Operation Pinnaroo, drinking water from a mug. With the monsoon season approaching, the troops are finding that extra water is needed to ease fatigue from the oppressive heat. His unit, 3rd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR), is working with other Task Force troops as they sweep the Long Hai Hills, south of Nui Dat.
