Phuoc Tuy Province, South Vietnam. 1968-03. Preparing to fire a mortar from inside an armoured personnel carrier (APC) during Operation Pinnaroo are Private Colin Dennison of Monbulk, Vic (standing), and Private Max Drain of Manilla, NSW. Elements of the Task Force are sweeping through the Long Hai Hills, south of Nui Dat, in a bid to clear the enemy from one of their remaining strongholds in the province.
