Description
Complete parachute assembly consisting of pilot parachute, main parachute canopy, and the parachute pack. Canopy is white nylon. Pack is green nylon with stainless steel, brass and aluminium fittings. Canopy is printed with: 'CANOPY ASSEMBLY/TROOP RESERVE/24FT. DIA./DWG 48J7156-2 REVL/SERIAL NO. DA-62-4586/MILLS MFG CORP/DATE OF MFR. JUNE 1962/AF 36(600)-10473/U.S. PROPERTY'. The parachute pack is printed on the front with: 'PARACHUTE PACK/MODEL. NBG PART NO. NPU 56-202/SERIAL NO. 82203 which has been printed over in blue with 150426/DATE OF MANUFACTURE/MFG BY SWITLIK PARACHUTE CO., INC.'.
