Bien Hoa Province, South Vietnam. 1968-05. Sergeant Ray Curtis of West Ryde, NSW, inspects a Russian manufactured rocket launcher (RPG 2) captured by members of the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), after a three hour battle at Fire Support Base (FSB) Coral in north-west Bien Hoa Province during Operation Toan Thang. The battalion recovered many rocket launchers, automatic weapons, grenades, ammunition and rifles after the battle.
