Baria, South Vietnam. 1968-06. Captain Arthur Schaschke of Wacol, Qld, observes the progress of Vietnamese school children in the Baria High School in a classroom built by the 1st Australian Civil Affairs Unit. In conjunction with the Australian-Vietnamese Civil Aid Project, a Queensland fundraising organisation, the Civil Affairs Unit had completed three classrooms, and was supervising the construction of the school's first science block and library.
