United Nations Korea Medal
Description
British and Commonwealth United Nations Korea Medal. The obverse has the world badge of the United Nations surrounded by palm leaf wreath. The reaverse has the inscription 'FOR SERVICE IN/ DEFENCE OF THE/ PRINCIPLES OF THE/ CHARTER OF THE UNITED NATIONS' and pantograph engraved underneath 'FOR EXHIBITION PURPOSES ONLY'. It has a fixed bar suspender with the clasp 'KOREA'. The ribbon has 9 vertical blue stripes and 8 white stripes.
