Baghdad bridge
Description
There is a section of the Baghdad bridge missing, perhaps as result of war-related destruction, or maybe because of years of neglect. It no longer exists as a bridge between places, but cuts off one world from the other. A cartoon image of a cat has been screen printed in the lower left corner; this is a feature point throughout a selection of his works. This work has been executed over an old print which has been painted over with white gouache.
