Ngai Giao, South Vietnam. 1968-07. A woman, a day old baby and an old man were found inside this Vietnamese house during a cordon and search of the village of Ngai Giao. Lieutenant Chris Ford of Grange, SA (right), a platoon commander with 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), sends back his report while Private Dave Chambers of Cairns, Qld, a radio operator, looks on.
