Phuoc Tuy Province, South Vietnam. 1968-08-12. Private Alan Sisley of Rockhampton, Qld, takes the opportunity to have a sleep, while leaning against a tree trunk, during Operation Platypus. A member of the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), he moved out with his company shortly afterwards on a long reconnaissance-in-force sweep through thick jungle.
